Intrusion Prevention
The first line of defense for any company is active protection of their infrastructure using an in-line protection device. Combining network traffic inspection and analysis with powerful intrusion prevention technology allows our NitroGuard IPS family to provide for active detection and prevention of attacks.
Unified Security Management
As information security threats become more complex, it is necessary to collect and analyze information in greater detail and over longer periods of time. Information from our NitroGuard IPS, other intrusion detection and prevention systems, firewalls, VPNs, servers, and other devices must also be analyzed together, in order to detect those sophisticated attacks that attempt to escape detection through avoidance and obfuscation. Our NitroView Enterprise Security Management family of products is a Unified Security Management appliance that combines Log Management, Network Analysis, and Security Information & Event Management (SIEM) into a single, cost effective solution. By combining the real-time collection and analysis of network-- and security-- based information with real-time log analysis, NitroView provides a unified, holistic approach to security management.
Our History
NitroSecurity devoted over 300 man years of research and development specifically to address data storage, retrieval and analysis performance — culminating in our high-performance and highly scalable relational data management engine — NitroEDB. This extraordinary database allows us to combine many advanced security and information management functions into a common platform, without sacrificing performance.
