The NitroGuard 2000 IPS is a purpose-built appliance, providing in-line protection on network connections up to 750Mbps. The NitroGuard 2000 IPS combines a library of over 4,000 signatures with network flow awareness for Network-aware Intrusion Protection.

Rated "Recommended" in SC Magazine's 2007 IDS/IPS Group Test, NitroGuard can stand alone, or act as the perfect compliment to existing firewalls, IDS and IPS devices, and otehr network defenses. Optionally, add NitroView ESM for the unified management of all of your network defenses.

Requires at least one NitroGuard Database Monitor appliance (NS-DBM-SP-I4 or NS-DBM-SP-I6).
