In addition to the feature-rich Silver support plan, the Gold support plan is for those who desire an even higher level of support.
Both plans offer registered access to the 24x7 portal which provides both support and product registration, support issue reporting, and problem resolution tracking. Moreover, software updates and access to our signature library are included in both plans. Gold support includes enhanced features such as personalized notification services, shorter support response times, and advanced hardware replacement.
